DJ Bo is the perfect DJ for any occasion, he has developed a profound appreciation and passion for Music thru his years as a Professional Disk Jockey. This 20 year veteran of the mid-west has headlined at many of the premier clubs and events thru-out the city and suburban areas.  With a professional work ethic and DJ skills that command respect and has made every event a historic one.

Dimmeon D. Bobo (aka) DJ Bo is a local Club/Mix CD Disk Jockey from the West Side of Chicago with over 20 years of music mixing and promotions experience.  He developed his interest in the 80’s while listening to DJ Farley, Lil Louis, Ron Hardy and a host of other DJ’s. 

 

While DJ Bo was in elementary school, he had his first real encounter with a local Disk Jockey at the time while attending a Teen School Party. While watching his classmate Vinnie Spinning D in pure astonishment, he knew right then and there that being a DJ was his destiny.  From that point on, DJ Bo kept his Boom Box locked on to WBMX 102.7 FM listening to the Hot Mix 5, with a fresh pack of Tone Master Cassette Tapes.

 

Bo went on to attend Steinmetz H.S. in Chicago, IL where he teamed up with a local House Music DJ by the name of Incredible Eric Holmes who taught him the basics of mixing.

In the 90’s, Bo developed a profound appreciation and passion for Deep House Music.  From his Grandmother’s basement he began perfecting his passion, Bo started DJ’ing teen house parties and High School functions all over the Austin Area, and DJ Bo became a widely requested DJ and acquired local fame in the Teen & college music circuit. In 1992, DJ Bo gained nationwide recognition by being the opening DJ for the hip hop artists Daz EFX, AMG, K-Solo, Red-Man, Infamous Syndicate and various artists.
